We've Had One Obsession: Making The Complex Feel Simple

What RealityMatters is

RealityMatters is an experience company. Customers are more independent than ever. They decide alone, at their own pace, long before they call you. We help brands move with them.

The solutions we build combine engagement, interaction and conversion: interactive 3D product configurators, virtual showrooms, AR sales tools, VR training, digital twins and full-scale immersive experiences. Not because the technology is cool. Because it solves a business problem.

For nearly 20 years we have built more than 100 projects for 50+ clients across manufacturing, automotive, logistics, finance and entertainment. From Toyota Material Handling, Lexus and STOW to Bank of America and GAIA.

Questions people ask before applying

Need more clarity?

Still have questions?

Here are a few common questions about Working at RealityMatters.
Is RealityMatters hiring?
Yes. One role is open: New Business Manager, based in Mechelen, Belgium, working hybrid. It is a new-business role, so hunting rather than account management, working directly with both founders.
What is experience marketing?
Experience marketing is what you do when your buyer decides before they ever speak to you. Rather than describing a complex product, you let people experience it: explore it, configure it, walk through it, see it at full scale in their own space. They arrive at the first conversation already convinced instead of still guessing. It is the umbrella; interactive 3D, AR, VR and immersive builds are the ways of doing it.
What does RealityMatters do?
RealityMatters is an experience marketing company. We help B2B companies whose products are complex, expensive or physically hard to show get understood before the first sales call. In practice that means interactive 3D product configurators, virtual showrooms, AR sales tools, VR training, digital twins and full-scale immersive experiences, mostly for manufacturing, automotive, logistics, finance and entertainment.
Where is RealityMatters based?
Our office is in Mechelen, Belgium. Working is hybrid, and projects run across Belgium, Europe and the United States.
How do I apply for a job at RealityMatters?
Send your CV to kim@realitymatters.studio. Skip the traditional motivation letter. For the New Business Manager role, name the three companies you would approach in your first week, one line each on why.
Do I need 3D, AR or VR experience to work at RealityMatters?
Not for the New Business Manager role. You would be selling experience marketing, so what matters is curiosity and the willingness to understand what you are selling rather than memorise a pitch. Agency, technology, creative or industrial B2B experience could help.
Which languages do I need?
For the New Business Manager role, fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus.
Can I apply as a freelancer or self-employed?
Yes. The New Business Manager role can be filled as an employee or as self-employed, depending on the final agreement.
Is there an existing sales pipeline to take over?
No. There is no ready-made pipeline waiting for you, and no rigid sales machine telling you how to do the job. Until now every client has been brought in by the founders. You would be the first commercial hire.
