RealityMatters is looking for a US based sales-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment.  The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality and a track record for closing.  Your primary responsibility is to increase sales revenues by locating, defining and closing new business relationships through a consultative sales approach. The Job

  • hunt and drive business development to generate new sales
  • manage the sales process, from prospecting to close
  • build and maintain an accurate and sustainable sales pipeline
  • contact prospects by phone, email and in real-life, qualifying their needs and propose solutions
  • manage and track leads while maintaining accurate records
  • maintain a strong network of prospects and clients to develop long term and growing relationships
  • schedule and perform AR/VR and app demos for prospects and clients


Your Skills

  • Bachelor degree level
  • 5-10 years of experience in a digital setting or agency environment
  • experience with selling new technologies(AR/VR, online/offline solutions and services)
  • detailed oriented, capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • great communication skills – verbal & written
  • outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision
  • strong ethics and professionalism
  • proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to travel if requested and work outside office hours to attend networking events
